Offering the position with an hourly rate.• Overseeing that the client/nurse relationship was to client’s satisfaction on a monthly basis.• Keeping all clients covered for nursing care when a nurse would call in ill or not show up.• Overseeing all disciplinary actions with nurses whether it was tardiness, not showing up at a client’s home, or having to let them go.• Keeping nurse files up to date by making sure they kept their skills up to date and came to monthly training classes.
