I am a professional, customer focused Manager with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and am flexible within any working environment. I have spent most of my career in the Hospitality sector, working within the area of large-scale events, conference, trade shows, banquets and more recently weddings. I have experience in all areas including sales, operation, management and administration.I believe that I have knowledge within most sectors including Human Resources, Accounts, Marketing, Operations and Sales which enables me to be flexible in my approach and knowledgeable in my decision making.I consider myself to be an enthusiastic, motivated and industrious individual who thrives on new challenges, which is just as well, because Covid 19 and the resulting pandemic have hit the Hospitality Industry hard and I now find myself with experience of new and different market sectors. Sitting at home and relaxing throughout furlough was never really an option for me and the opportunity to assist with the setup of a Covid 19 Mass Vaccination Centre seemed the perfect stop gap.After notification of Redundancy, I then found myself being approached to develop administration systems for a Canine Training Centre which was certainly something different, although in some ways very similar to Hospitality, just 4 legged clients!However much we know, we can always learn more, so I am currently seeking an opportunity to utilise the skills and experience I have but, in a position, to challenge me and to further my experience.
