I joined RDS the engineering division of KCA Deutag in July 2013, following a transfer from the Recruitment team within KCADEUTAG. I have been with the Group for over 9 years, and have gained exposure in a number of positions, including International HR, corporate HR and latterly recruitment, bringing with me wealth of experience with HR policies and practices across the Group. I provide support to the Brownfield business unit including International locations. I am involved in a number of HR initiatives, and projects, both internally to RDS and in conjunction with KCAD in an attempt to streamline and improve upon existing HR working practices.
