I also manage the sales and customer service aspects of my business, leveraging my skills in Microsoft Excel and financial planning. I have over four years of experience in the baking and pastry industry, working as a sous pastry chef, a commis chef, and a chef and sales executive in various establishments. I graduated from FERRANDI Paris, the leading school of culinary arts in France, where I completed a professional programme for French pâtisserie in 2017. I also hold a diploma in financial planning and services from the Financial Planning Academy, and a bachelor's degree in commerce from R A Podar College of Commerce & Economics. I am passionate about creating delicious and beautiful desserts, and I am always eager to learn new techniques and trends in the field.
