• Partnered with key stakeholders on the creation and implementation of the company’s new Employee Benefits product line (life, disability, dental and vision). All key milestones were met. Products and respective workflows were launched within nine months.• Lead multiple work-streams related to: staffing of operations team, installation and maintenance of billing and claim platforms, creation and adherence of product and business rules, and IT readiness of new billing and product releases.• Developed and evaluated procedures, and financial controls to properly manage the financial transactions while ensuring adherence to all audit and compliance controls.• Established and managed vendor relationships. This included contract negotiations, service level agreements, and oversight of all integration activities related to billing, collections, and policy and claim administration.• Analyzed and prioritized business and functional requirements to facilitate the development of new workflow and technical solutions for the business operation.
