My experience in the world of athletics spans all levels and ages. I have had the pleasure of working with professional NBA players, collegiate athletes, high school players, as well as community members as young as 2 years of age.My own athletic achievements started at a young age. At 12 years old I achieved a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. When I was 14, I hit a hole-in-one on a par 3. I played 7 years of volleyball, and was a high school basketball All Star, as well as collegiate basketball player. More recently, I was a professional wrestler for an indie wrestling company in Richmond, Va, while also an extra for WWE! I have been a stay at home mother, and working part time for a while, but now is the time to jump start my career again!
