Who on earth is Sharon?A&R, creative & branding officer, creative director fashion writer and ex-model Sharon Nton Ntan is a life enthusiast who is making a career of her interests in art, fashion and entertainment. Starting a style blog at 14 and being discovered by a modelling agency at 16, put her on the path to discovery and practice across creative industries from journalism, radio, advertising, television and digital publishing. She has held roles in fashion writing, fashion management, creative and art direction, content strategy, content production, styling and researching which she approaches in a critical yet creative and detail-oriented manner.After a career-shifting foray from fashion media into music, she began working as an A&R in a record label with key functions in artists' visual branding & aesthetics, creative direction, art direction, song listening + selection, style coordination and vendor management. Her work in music has earned her recognition in Digimillennial's 30 Under 30 women in African music, an accolade which "recognises invaluable contributions that women make to the music industry."Ntan believes she's living the best of both worlds as she is navigating the world of music and independently sailing the seas of media and fashion where she curates at SphauteOn, a fashion media and management studio she founded in 2019.
