As the Managing Partner of Ourian Family Office, I direct and lead our real estate initiatives, including managing our portfolio of triple net properties, commercial shopping centers, medical buildings, car washes, gas stations and multi-family properties. My responsibilities include market research, asset acquisition, value add initiatives and portfolio management in select markets such as California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and Texas.

The company’s LSAT course has been written by Robin Singh and has been one of the most successful programs nationwide, helping hundreds of thousands of students increase their LSAT score and gain admission to the school of their choice. The other courses are either co-authored or overseen by Mr. Singh. As Executive Vice President of TestMasters, Ms. Naim directs a major part of the company’s online strategy, marketing, and business operations.She directed the creation of software to streamline and automate back office processes and functions to increase efficiency across all company departments and implemented systems to transform the office into a paperless one while decreasing costs. She helped grow the organization from a small company offering live LSAT courses in Southern California to offering live courses for the LSAT and other tests in 50 states and three countries. Moreover, she directed the formation of partnerships with academic institutions and businesses to further expand the company’s reach.She was also instrumental in bringing the TestMasters courses online and working with the CEO, the CTO and members of the administrative and research and development team to create one of the most robust online course experiences for its students for the LSAT, GMAT, GRE, and SAT. Development of online courses for many other test preparation subjects and law school readiness courses are underway.
