Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including concerns, lawsuits, EEOC charges, etc. Planning and implementation of strategic hiring, retention, employee development and performance management initiatives and general operations. Coordination with corporate attorney in preparation for lawsuits, charges and mediation. Develop and implement new programs and processes specific to each business area. Implementation of corporate strategies and programs within each business area. Provide strategies and advise all levels of management on employee development including succession planning, career development opportunities, employee development action plans, etc. Identify and facilitate opportunities within each business area for organizational design, development, restructure and downsizing.
