• Requesting pre-sales link feasibilities from Wholesale network suppliers MTN, Vodacom, Openserve and DFA• Input into customer proposal through creation of detailed pricing schedules• RFP or tender pricing schedules• Managing failed feasibilities through requests from alternate vendors• Receipt and capture of orders into Sage ERP AND/OR Telecoms database• Request of Service Order Forms (SOF) from Wholesale network suppliers• Approval of SOF’s by Telecoms CEO• Logging of SOF’s with Wholesale network suppliers• Creation of a Project Plan per customer order• Communication of Project Plan per customer order• Creation of an order tracking dashboard & maintenance thereof• Weekly Wholesale network suppliers conference calls and fortnightly meeting to track order progress
