During the 5 years of teaching tenure at Indus International School, Bangalore, I have grown as a Math educator teaching across all grades of IBMYP and IBDP. My learning experience has also provided me opportunities to explore different teaching strategies, collaborate with other educators (in school and across the globe), curriculum planning with in-house team and lesson planning. I have also had the privilege of being a part in the execution of the IB MYP programme in school during its nascent stage; thus giving me an edge in understanding the process.I have also played additional roles of being a part of the Innovation Curriculum Team of my school for the academic year 2020 - 2021 during which I and my team members in the planning and implementation of a curriculum that is 'the need of the hour'. Apart from being a part of the IB MYP Personal Project Core Team, I have also been the Personal Project Coordinator for the academic year 2021-22. During this time, I have led the team of 44 teachers and 93 students, in the successful accomplishment of the Personal Project according to the new guidelines stated by IB from this academic session. A team player who takes pride of her work ethics is how I would describe myself best.
