As part of the Executive Leadership team I will be working as a Strategic Partner to the CEO and his leadership team. Managing global projects working with a variety of stakeholders and staff. Supporting the CEO role when they are travelling or unavailable, helping the business leaders make judgments about what the CEO would do, which executives and/or board members you may need to consult with and then act. Supporting the Executive Leadership Team create and execute on strategic plans. This role is critical to supporting a growing, vibrant and successful organisation.

Bracknell

Responsible for the 3PL and Distribution Practice in EMEA. Heading up a team of Client Partner and Project Managers - ensuring compliance and process are adhered to on all Projects. Participate in Project Board and Steering Meetings providing consulting at an executive level. Controlling business forecasts and budgets for 40% of the JDA EMEA revenue targets.

Stokenchurch

Responsible for consulting and project management across EMEA delivering high impact business solutions for tier 1 and tier 2 customers. Line reports of Services Directors engaging with multiple executives across our customer base and aligning revenue forecasts with targets during the financial year circa $40m. Networking with alliances for geographical optimisation on delivery to our customers.

I started with RedPrairie as a Project Manager reporting to Bernard Handley. Within a few years I progressed to Senior Project Managemant positions looking after a team of Application Consultants. From this Project Operations Manager extending the team to include Project Managers and escalation paths for project issues. I have been a Services Director for 4 years.
