I have worked on a variety of municipal, educational, commercial, industrial, single- and multi-family residential projects in all stages, from planning to design to construction. My specialty is managing projects with complex, multi stakeholder requirements. Past experience includes watershed planning, infrastructure assessments, and drainage and water quality facility design. I frequently work with public agencies on projects that require extensive public outreach, as well as stakeholder and regulatory agency coordination. I have an interest in projects that seek to integrate resource conservation and sustainability in creative and unconventional ways.

Developed partnerships with other city agencies, businesses, and non-profits to implement greenhouse gas reduction projects that support Denver’s Climate Action Plan. I developed and managed the commercial side of the City's Denver Energy Challenge (visit www.denverenergy.org to learn more) and served as the lead contact for Climate related projects and stakeholder ventures.

Designed flood control and water resource engineering projects around the southwest and Rocky Mountain region. My project experience includes watershed planning, drainage and water quality facility design, hydrology and hydraulic analyses, and dam permitting. I often work with public agencies on planning projects that require public outreach, as well as regulatory agency coordination.

Led the Water Conservation program for the Parks and Recreation Department, helped develop the Sustainable Parks Program, worked with various agencies on Water Conservation-related activities.

Responsible for hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and analysis of watersheds for various clients. Coordinated project activities and budgets and addressed permitting, water rights, and water planning needs.

Completed a variety of civil engineering projects, including the design of sanitary sewer systems, trails and roadways, water harvesting facilities, improvement of small-scale irrigation systems, and the development and analysis of hydrology/hydraulic models; developed project-related budgets, cost estimates, design analysis reports, and contract documents. Worked closely with the New Mexico State Engineer's Office (SEO) and the Interstate Stream Commission (ISC) on water rights and water conservation related projects.
