My specialty is managing projects with complex, multi stakeholder requirements. Past experience includes watershed planning, infrastructure assessments, and drainage and water quality facility design. Worked closely with the New Mexico State Engineer's Office (SEO) and the Interstate Stream Commission (ISC) on water rights and water conservation related projects.
