As a Disability and SpLD Service Operational Manager I gained valuable experience in managing a diverse team across four campuses in Surrey and Kent. I have over 20 years experience in working with disabled children , students and parent carers in various positions including Regional Development Manager, Development Officer and Disability Adviser. I am a qualified counsellor and life coach and I have managed help lines providing information, advice and counselling.
