I am an organised and enthusiastic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and I am able to adapt to change. Highly motivated I work well as a team player and I enjoy motivating others. My role of Complex Case Manager at the University for the Creative Arts involved a high degree of organisation, interaction and mediation. As a Disability and SpLD Service Operational Manager I gained valuable experience in managing a diverse team across four campuses in Surrey and Kent. I have over 20 years experience in working with disabled children , students and parent carers in various positions including Regional Development Manager, Development Officer and Disability Adviser. I am a qualified counsellor and life coach and I have managed help lines providing information, advice and counselling.
