Sharon speaks nationally on topics including resilience, mindfulness, and compassion fatigue, as well as providing hands on education to healthcare in an interactive cardiopulmonary lab. Sharon’s nursing career started over thirty years ago working in the emergency department and intensive care unit and fulfilled her dream of becoming a flight nurse over twenty years ago. She believes in encouraging, inspiring and to always continue learning. Sharon’s proudest achievement is her daughter’s both following in her path as trauma nurses, pediatric clinical coordinators and educators for EMS. Sharon believes that each of us have a special talent to share. Together we can encourage, promote, mentor, and learn from each other. She believes it is a privilege to care for a patient.
