I ensure my club meets or exceeds financial goals while balancing all aspects of the P&L. I provide remarkable leadership in the areas of customer service, team member relations, sales, and in-center business performance. Daily I am supporting a team of 250 team members and offer ongoing leadership, motivation, coaching and development. Recruiting, coaching, and communicating to a team of managers in the club to ensure they are all aligned around consistently delivering the best member experience. I am also responsible for developing the career path of all employees to ensure they feel supported in their growth.
