Sharon joined AP Wealth Management in 2011 and has 30+ years of experience in accounting, investments, and operations in the financial services industry where she was in traditional Controller and Treasurer roles for multi-billion-dollar international corporations. As a native of Atlanta, she began her career there, and then spent several years in Boston before moving to Augusta. She is a graduate of Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business with a BBA in Accounting and became a CPA in 1987. Currently, she leads our office team in developing processes focused on security, consistency, and integrity of client data. One of her goals is to meet your needs and to make the financial management process as simple as possible. Her business experience provides the necessary skills to streamline AP Wealth’s systems while providing the highest level of customized services for our clients. “My goal when I come to work in the morning is to be accessible to our clients and to be thorough when answering questions. I enjoy finding financial solutions to make managing this part of life easier.” When not at work Sharon enjoys spending time with family, being involved in the community, and taking long walks with friends. She finds great peace and joy in staying regularly involved in studies that lead to a deeper understanding of Scripture. Three important virtues guide her life – faith, hope, and love!
