In my current role I assist high end clients with online purchases. Dedicating myself to their personal shopping needs, keeping them informed about new collections as well as guidance through after-sale services. I act a liaison for our brick and mortar locations for client purchases & requests including product information, special events and after-sale inquiries. I enjoy preparing look books for clients based on interest. Lastly, at all times, being prepared to tune into my client, understand and deliver. Important factors in this role are communication, time management, integrity, diligence, intuition and creativity. Creating solutions by thinking out of the ordinary sometimes. Being able to recognize potential issues is paramount. Having a sense of urgency and accountability are also critical.
