Driven by a passion for innovation, I spearheaded the launch of ClearCar, an innovative digital first, pre-owned retail centre. Recognizing with today’s technology and changing consumer behavior, people are looking for new, simple, and convenient ways to buy and sell vehicles. Additionally, I have led the implementation of OpenRoad TruePrice, one-price pre-owned strategy that has further enhanced transparency and a consumer-centric approach.Prior to joining OpenRoad, I held escalating senior roles in human resources at Hudson’s Bay Company, where I developed a deep understanding of talent management and organizational development.
