My most loved employment was with PF Holdings, LLC. I worked for this family oriented company for 17 years before moving back to Kansas. The move to Kansas was to be a "semi-retirement" move for me but my job at Vineyards Management was not lucrative nor enjoyable due to new management's lack of professional work ethics and compassion and respect for our residents. I am a strong manager with the capability of doing my job very well while keeping the best interest of my employer always foremost in my job while recognizing the need for compassion and respect for our residents. I continuously carried an occupancy of 98+% and our accounts payables were paid promptly on the 16th and the 28th of every month. Our vendors never failed to be paid on time every month. 99% of our resident rents were paid on or before the 5th of every month and we generated approximately 10 evictions per year. We were very fortunate given all the multi-family and low income family issues in our community (Hilltop Village Apartments) that our residents respected rules and regulations because they knew we took care of their needs and maintained the property in their best interests, as well as ours.Although I am not proficient in PowerPoint and some of the other products, I am a quick study and willing to learn anything I need to do my job professionally and to keep your property in a sound financial position.
