oManage all finance and accounting processes / systems in the line with group policies and local tax accounting practices.oMonitor and optimize cash flow management and treasury functions.oPrepare and analyze ongoing financial trends in manufacturing operations including performing in-depth P&L analyses to help understand trends, align business unit strategy appropriately, ensure proper return on investments and drive business transformation proper cost management. oManage the annual budget and forecasting processes (including detailed manufacturing / cost center plans across all manufacturing cells) by performing analyses, model development, and gathering supporting data for assumptions.oMonitor significant variances to plan in expenses, headcounts, capital management, inventory management / control, build plan, material costs, parts pricing and standard manufacturing cost performance. Alert management team to issue and driving corrective action / resolving with management team.oManage financial and operational controls and metrics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial at statements, forecasts, and analysis.oSupervise all accounting processes accurately and consistently, including accounts payables and receivables, general ledger reconciliation, and accrual accounting duties.oOversee bank activity and manage reporting requirements.oEnforce all Company policies / procedures and ensure compliance with requirements of funders, tax accounting practices and regulatory bodies.oEnsure all taxes are field and paid on time.oPrepare company records for timely annual audit

oIn charge the month end closing and year end closing, prepare HQ report in IFRSoAnalysis the deviation of cost and expenses between actual and budget, provide the analysis report to management (company, regional and HQ).oIn charge the cash management and taxes management, keep good relationship with banks and related government sector.oIn charge quarterly forecast and annual budget.oLead, prepare and review the accounting policies and advise management on the implication of new or change in accounting standards affecting company.oLead the annual audit and liaise with external auditors.oWork closely with each departments to ensure all business in accordance with accounting policy and principles.
