Interfacing with the client manager on old A/R, researching and resolving any and all open issues. Acquired billing for the account, then accurately and diligently invoiced all labor and expenses, bringing the account current and increased client satisfaction. As a result, Rapidigm was awarded another major contract, which I was also asked to manage. Corporate management was so impressed they assigned me another regional billing office to clean up and manage their billing and A/R.• Received “Outstanding Contribution Award” for process improvement by designing an automated data collection form within the first month of hire, which was rolled out to the entire company, saving the company thousands of dollars.
