Head of Enterprise Software Solutions, a department within the company's corporate IT division, which implements, enhances, and supports commercial off-the-shelf products. Responsible for defining and executing the department’s strategy to effectively provide technology-aided solutions for corporate functions at First American. Analyzed the relationships of business processes in the context of enterprise systems and strategies to facilitate technology-aided improvement and innovation. Responsible for the overall vision and execution of Oracle ERP solutions for Financials during the implementation of new interfaces, system enhancements, and conversions. Directed all aspects of functional work throughout the project life cycle which included the initial kickoff, requirements analysis, design, and implementation phases for projects within solution area.

Oversight of financial variance analysis for fluctuations at the title segment level during critical times of the closing cycles. Responsible for the Corporate ledgers' accounting functions, including inter-company accounting, cash management and reconciliation, financial reporting, and balance sheet management.

Led process design discussions with Accounting and Finance groups throughout the organization during this major company initiative to implement the new accounting system, Oracle Financials 11i. Responsible for requirements gathering, design documentation, system configuration, data conversion, reporting solutions, and coordination with the technical team for the General Ledger, Fixed Asset, and Cash Management functions.
