During my time doing in house Recruitment and Marketing I have implement processes and best practices to hire quality staff by creating funnels across multiple communication channels to win in the battle for talent. I have managed two cohorts of overseas staff into the care sector under the Tier 2 General Work Visa to address the skills shortage in the social care sector. I implemented best practice into the business to keep compliance with UK Employment Law, the Sponsorship Licence and the Care Quality Commission Audited Standards. Alongside Recruitment is the Marketing function which is very different from the process driven structure of recruitment. Marketing is creative and free flowing. I have led many successful campaigns for recruitment, fundraising, website and SEO. I have led the social media from obscurity to monetization. Our feed is now at the stage where it is getting public adverts and generating money. I was also responsible for all inhouse print and digital design and advertising.
