I am an experienced nurse who will provide care for patients attending with undiagnosed and undifferentiated health problems from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. I work at an advanced level of practice and demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the community and urgent care setting. I currently work in an NHS walk-in Centre as a Nurse Practitioner triaging, assessing, diagnosing and treating or appropriately referring patients presenting with minor injury and minor illness.I prescribe within my scope of practice from the nurse prescribers formulary or supply medications as needed according to local PGD’s.
