I'm a Master of Public Health graduate from the University of Toronto with a big appetite for both knowledge and food. With an open mind, empathy, and a passion to achieve health equity, I have interests in health promotion, health communications, knowledge translation, and community engagement. My areas of focus are Indigenous health, gerontology, and issues facing made-vulnerable populations. I centre community-based, collaborative approaches in my work. Currently, I am seeking opportunities related to program management, project management, research, and strategy. The Turtle Island Journal of Indigenous Health was founded by a group of graduate students who have a shared interest in Indigenous health and research. The journal invites collaborators from diverse backgrounds including Elders, Knowledge Keepers, graduate students, faculty leads, and health professionals to contribute in the journal's growth and the community of practice.
