Trainee Assistant Manager/ Customer service within the Hearing Industry.A position in which I gained a great insight into this area of Allied Health.Within this position some of the requirements undertaken were:Opening and closing of shop front, Undertaking touch screen Hearing tests with customers.Discussing outcomes of these tests, booking in for follow up with Audiologist as required. Appointment scheduling, Invoicing, Stock take, ordering, receiving, end of day close - banking. Working varied hours both within a wonderful CSO team and autonomously as required.Unfortunately hours were unsuitable not allowing work / life balance late nights and weekends required.

Temp position supporting the Sales Professionals in day to day management of the Site Office . Preparation of Sales Contracts.Sales Force Data base Management. Remote Assistance of Sunshine Coast site Office.Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. An active roll in which I gained an insight into land sales within the Brisbane area. Having learned many new skills in this roll I believe this temp position provided me with more skills which I will put to use in a permanent position.
