TEAM RISE is a Charity based in Burnley which supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and those who are lonely or vulnerable, People are welcome to attend from anywhere in East Lancashire and we are able to provide learning opportunities, social outings and the chance for members to generate their own funds through social enterprise.
