Responsible for Project Management of varying number of Projects simultaneously, including, Phase I and II ESAs, Limited Environmental Sampling Investigations, Combined ESA/Record of Site Condition projects, Environmental Screening Projects, and, Combined ESA/Geotechnical Investigations. Managed more than 25 Phase I ESA portfolios across Canada, including, 40 and 50 Site portfolios located in three and seven provinces, respectively; a 30 Site portfolio located in eight provinces; a 17 Site portfolio located in two provinces; 13, 20, and 35 Site portfolios located in one, two, and five province(s), respectively; and, a 58 Site portfolio located in the GTA.Responsible for all aspects of Project Management for entire life cycle of the project, including: proposal preparation; establishing project budget, schedule, and deliverables; project set-up; client management; selection of project team; all project communications with both client and project team; defining and assigning project tasks; managing project budget and schedule; managing scope changes; ensuring QA/QC for internal ISO-type management system; and, project invoicing, including A/R and WIP. Also responsible for team motivation and conflict resolution. Completion of numerous Phase I ESAs, completed in accordance with the CSA, ASTM, and Ontario Regulation 153/04 Standards for industrial facilities, including electroplating, manufacturing, and automotive operations. Completion of numerous Phase II ESAs and Limited Environmental Sampling Investigations for manufacturing and automotive facilities. Responsible for mentoring junior staff members in all aspects of Site investigation, reporting, and formulation of conclusions and recommendations for project deliverables.Completion of Peer Review of numerous ESA reports for legal clients.Pre-review of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports, prior to Qualified Person sign-off and review.

Environmental Site Assessor from 1995 until 1998; Project Manager from 1998 until 2009. Responsible for undertaking and managing all aspects of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment projects. Involved in numerous complex Phase I ESAs including industrial subdivisions and First Nations properties. Completed more than 500 Phase I ESA (based on the requirements of both the CSA and ASTM Standard. Study team member for more than 150 Phase II Environmental Site Assessments including soil and groundwater sampling, submission of soil and groundwater samples for laboratory analyses, interpretation of laboratory analyses, formulation of recommendations, and subsequent report preparation. Assistant Project Manager for various Route Selection and Environmental and Socio-economic Impact Assessment projects for the natural gas industry. Assisted in identifying a study process; conducting physical, natural, and socio-economic environmental inventories; identifying a preferred route and potential environmental impacts along the preferred route; a well as the formulation of recommended mitigation and monitoring measures.
