Coordinate the day to day administration, service delivery, review and performance of train crew within the designated area to drive achievement of performance standards and operational objectives.

To manage the performance, productivity and direct management of a team of up to 500 International Flight Attendants. - Informal and Formal performance management- Manage staff and customer complaints and service failures including formal workplace investigations - Absenteeism management- Implement Health Management Plans- Route cause safety investigations using the ‘Just Culture’ model- Implement safety breach mitigation strategies to increase the individual’s accountability.- WHS and Injury management in line with legislative requirements- WHS management to reduce insurance costs and to minimise lost time and restricted work injuries- OHS employer representative- Facilitate Safe Return to Work Plans for breaches of Drug and Alcohol policy (DAMP)- Manage staff leave reduction targets - Talent identification and staff development - Resource tracking and rostering- Fatigue Management- Staff engagement- Advising on Company Policy / Procedures
