As an integral part of its overall strategy to enhance excellence and grow enrollment within Catholic preschools, elementary and middle schools, CSCOE conducts numerous and wide ranging events. CSCOE’s Events Manager will have primary responsibility for the logistics of staging the organization's events. CSCOE’s Events Manager will be an experienced professional with a proven track record including demonstrated success in planning, coordinating and managing projects similar in scope to what will be expected at CSCOE. The Events Manager will be passionately committed to the organization’s mission, be a fervent believer in and advocate of the value of Catholic school education and be capable of articulating and generating enthusiasm in the mission.The Events Manager will be experienced in working in a non-profit environment and in working with and directing the work of volunteers. He or She should also be experienced in working with donors (individuals and foundations).The position requires an exceptional degree of collaboration and cooperation among a wide range of stakeholders including CSCOE and school staff, venue and vendor personnel, volunteers and attendees. Accordingly, the Events Manager should degree an exceptional ability to collaborate and cooperate with multiple participants.

In my almost 2 years at Mary, Mother of the Church I was instrumental in helping the parish transition from a Maintenance oriented church to a mission oriented one. I helped to architect moves in the Parish Pastoral Council with the development of Ministry Area Councils to provide stronger transparency and communication. I instituted an in depth program focusing on prayer and helped to move forward a new mission and logo. Communication efforts included and update of the website with a new focus of Catechesis and institution of a weekly email blast that has increased parishioner engagement.

As Director of Relational Evangelization and Shared MInistries I assist in strengthening relationships in the parish with other parishioners, the parish programs and in building discipleship. Through the assistance of staff I direct the "Sunday Experience"​ and oversee small group ministries. I implement retreats for both men's and women's groups and conduct follow through with Called and Gifted workshops. My goal is to not let anyone fall through the cracks and to make all feel welcome and loved!
