I am responsible for building relationships with our current employer accounts as well as developing new business opportunities to build a network of disability confident employers, providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities at State level as well as Job Active candidates and Indigenous candidates across NSW.I work with employers to develop an understanding of the organisation, the employer's need and requirements, skills and culture to support future employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
