Accomplishments included: successfully increasing cash flow, negotiating contracts for various syndicated talk shows including John Boy and Billy; Launching a new female talk format; implementing a new internet sales department which resulted in additional revenues; providing sales training resulting in more targeted prospecting, improved closing ratios and double-digit revenue increase on three of the stations. -

Accomplishments included generating double digit growth year over year in a flat market; increasing demand and rates on the signature country station thus increasing market share in a flat economy; launching a new format.Houston, TX, 1997-2002. I was the General Sales Manager of KODA-FM where I successfully led the sales team to be the first in Houston to generate $2,000,000 in revenue in one month (we repeated that four times); and the first to generate $20,000,000+ in revenue in one year - 15% growth on a station with stagnant revenues at a time when growth was rare and double-digit growth was unheard of. The company then recruited me to become one of their four Executive Performance Coaches for their new internal training division, Star Performance Group. I facilitated Leadership and Solutions Based Selling curriculums and coached management and sales teams in Chicago; Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tucson; Jackson, MS, and Greensboro, NC markets.
