Current• Oversees a team that enables stakeholders and builds capabilities across 8 pillars of support; project management, analytics, lean enablement, change management, contract management, systems strategy, consultative support, and global business services (GBS). • Lead and support performance improvements across the Supply Chain by partnering with business units to drive and increase productivity, efficiency, and cost savings. • Design and build frameworks to provide process governance, transform work and enable people.• Establish governance for GBS; drive, guide, and support GBS activities and interactions across the business and partner relationships for delivery options, and resolutions that meet stated requirements (increased capacity, labor optimization, efficiency, cost, etc.).• Work with business owners to assess the need for change related to specific initiatives and the readiness of the organization to embrace it, design and deliver the change to enable the people side of change, manage the transition, and track progress.• Review and assess Ad hoc requests for support; kaizen facilitation, training, analytics, and project management; prioritize and resource appropriately. Provide tracking and reporting based upon agreed cadence. • Align with stakeholders on annual operating plans and strategic initiatives; establish goals and key milestones to support.• Define and drive COE maturity, build strategy playbooks for key initiatives, design frameworks to provide process governance, transform work, and enable people.• Led the Supply Chain Safety Task Force (Project SURE), developed and enhanced safety KPIs, reporting and tracking, organized safety committees, standardized approaches between plants and distribution centers, raised awareness, and increased visibility to opportunities.
