The most recent example would be the convening of a special meeting of shareholders of a public interest entity at short notice, which preparation was carried out during cyclonic conditions and successfully concluded as scheduled!In my own time, having a natural inclination to share ideas and ability to write well-crafted and informative pieces, I write governance blogs.
