Sharon had a successful 20 year career at one of Canada’s largest banks, regularly acknowledged as a high potential and key resource. Her first 10 years were spent in Capital Markets in the Trading Room where she traded money market and foreign exchange and led a sales desk. She then moved into Wholesale Banking and then Personal & Commercial Banking, specifically in Human Resources, supporting senior leaders with their strategic business initiatives. Later she became involved in enterprise wide projects, including employee engagement, talent development, and change mastery, partnering with leaders as senior as Vice-Chair.High performance is not just about technical capability but personal mastery as well.
