I was part of Vodafone Group Enterprise Margin Management team that managed a €25m yearly target and was proud to be 'top performer' on the team for the past 3 years. I achieved this using my networking skills and contacts to generate revenue & margin opportunities. Then using my own initiative, utilising various systems, creating reports and scrutinising contracts to ensure that no stone was left unturned to locate any unbilled revenues or prevent unnecessary costs leaving the business. I was responsible for assessing new BID's as they were presented through our governance process, and determining any resource requirements. Following contract signature I was then responsible for designing and implementing the billing solution, ensuring both the Project & Account teams were engaged and also the customer was happy at each step.I was also the main point of contact for customer complaints in our area, ensuring that i collated all the necessary information from the people involved and saw through to a satisfactory resolution. This included addressing root cause of any issues to prevent re-occurrence.

As a dedicated Billing Account Manager, looking after some of the largest spend customers with the Reseller & Partners channel, I was sole point of contact for management and resolution of several customers' invoicing and billing requirements. This included collating billing data, issuing invoices on time and making sure all queries were answered within SLA. I also attended regular customers meetings, as well as ensuring I was available for internal Account team meetings to make sure that the virtual team were kept abreast of any billing issues. Also feeding into any Service Improvement Plans that were being executed.I often deputised for the Billing Team Manager acting as day to day DOA and ensuring any escalations were picked up and seen through to resolution in their absence.
