Being able to spend 22 years at Merck in various roles was a gift. Having the opportunity to work across different disciplines, from Chief Financial Officer of US Oncology, leading the transformation of US Treasury Operations, and serving as Head of US Oncology Portfolio Strategy, Operations & Business Analytics, where I had the honor of scaling KEYTRUDA®, LYNPARZA®, and LENVIMA®, has been nothing short of amazing.Most recently, I served as Senior Vice President of Global Finance at EQRx, a biopharmaceutical company committed to innovative medicines for prevalent disease areas, providing financial leadership to create and scale the infrastructure and operational capabilities for growth and commercialization. In addition, I also serve as a Board Member, Audit Committee Chairperson, and Transaction Committee Member at PureTech Health plc.The most exciting aspect about running and building businesses is the potential to be market-disruptive and transformational. This requires agility, adability and creativity to navigate the unknowns.
