Sorted, organized, updated and digitized hundreds of contracts to provide the resulting database to the office of the General Counsel of EVO prior to closing Sterling's General Counsel's office. Worked closely with both companies' Counsel's offices.

As the first office employee upon start-up, I held numerous positions from office manager to network administrator through an extended period of intense growth. I've prepared over $40 million in compliant, winning proposals and also managed professional licensing in a variety of specialties in multiple states with a high rate of success obtaining licenses as needed. For high-profile projects, such as implosions, I handled event logistics and public/media relations. We were the first marketers to use an offline promotion (it was direct mail) to drive a consumer to register at a website, and since 1998 I've managed a portfolio of privately held internet marketing related patents that resulted from that experience. We were also the first marketers to use alpha numeric codes delivered offline that determined a participant's winning status online and were among the earliest adopters to measure results and help brands engage their customers electronically.
