Initially employed as an estate agent, I was swiftly promoted to Territory Owner at Purplebricks. I managed 33 suburbs in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, managing a team of three estate agents. In a span of two years, we successfully listed and sold an extensive number of properties, which earned me the accolade of ‘Most sold properties in Victoria for the 2018/19 financial year’. Despite the global brand’s closure of Australian operations, my tenure was marked by a dedication to the company's core values of ethics and transparency.

In 2014, following the attainment of my Certificate IV in Fitness, I embarked on a purpose-driven journey, fuelled by my passion for well-being and personal fitness. This endeavour materialised as the establishment of my own enterprise, "Healthy Body Works," a venture born out of a sincere desire to assist individuals facing the challenges of obesity and wellness. My commitment extended beyond conventional fitness settings, targeting those who, due to apprehension and self-consciousness, avoided mainstream gyms. Recognising the need for a supportive and comfortable environment, I designed and implemented specialised programs. DP & SL Smith Excavations was registered in 1993 and became a registered proprietary company on the 12th March 1998. For six years the company was engaged in agricultural development and local enterprise, water authorities and shires in earthmoving works.These covered the construction of dams, design and construction of supply channels and drainage, excavation works for new pipelines and road culverts and associated laying of pipes.The acquisition of a well established business, Northern Constructions (registered on 19th May 1979), in March 1999, demonstrated a continued commitment to marketing a broad range of services within the earthworks and civil construction market, as well as, providing a guaranteed civil construction works program for a number of years. This came about through the project management of tenders and contracts and establishing working relationships with major revenue producing entities, such as local government authorities and water bodies, whilst at the same time maintaining its developed commitment to servicing the agricultural and horticultural sector.Northern Constructions also provided a further edge to its business by being a major market leader in land subdivisional work.Northern Constructions has the experience and expertise to undertake varied types of projects, with a reputation within the industry of being a quality civil works and earthmoving construction company.
