Every day I help people sharpen their technology skills and increase their productivity. Nothing is better than to see that moment when what I teach hits an area of need – when I hear someone say “if only I had known that yesterday.”My strength lies in my ability to take complex information and present it in a manner that makes it easy to understand and apply - whether that is advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint or basic computer skills.I came to Western New England University at the start of the pandemic. I have been part of a team that has helped our faculty transition to an online environment. This has lead to a greater adoption of our Learning Management System along with proficiency with Zoom and OneDrive. Over the past few months we have introduced Microsoft Teams.I hold a Microsoft Office Specialist Certification and am proficient in all versions from Office from 2003 through Microsoft 365.I earned a Teaching Adult Learners Certificate from the University of California San Diego Extension with relevant coursework in Adult Learning Theory, Effective Strategies for Teaching and Training Adults, Interpersonal Communication, Instructional Technology tools, Online Learning, and Training Adults in Diverse Settings.Software Skills:• Microsoft Office 365
