With over 20 years experience within the property industry my experience varies across a range of business roles within property management in both central and local government, retail and commercial sites. Recent roles include developing the HBF and Virgin Australia property portfolios demonstrating a high level of relationship management with external clients and contractors and a proven ability to be flexible, innovative and adept at delivering solutions. Prior to emigrating to Australia, my experience included managing a portfolio of properties within Land Securities Trillium operating the UK’s largest PFI for Department of Work and Pensions including a 20,000sqm flagship property, BBC and a portfolio of office and retail space. My career has also encompassed leading a team of staff across the UK in developing and co-ordinating service audits and business improvement initiatives. The most challenging aspect of my career was owning and operating an SME which has provided a strong commercial focus and understanding and being able to identify business and growth opportunities.
