ARC, Inc. provides master planning services for New Mexico and Navajo Nation school districts and municipalities. I trained and coached the various groups of architects that provided first-hand field evaluation services for school districts and tribal schools, providing the basis of facility or capital master plans (FMPs or CMPs). These plans help the schools obtain funding for capital improvements. Working closely with each project manager, I designed and delivered project-specific training sessions. To ensure quality control, I performed primary editing and auditing of project data before delivery to the project manager or client.

Detroit Public Schools Program Manager Team: Managed design and construction contracts for an extensive Bond Program as owner representative and liaison. Projects included new prototype elementary schools (95,000 sf), a replacement magnet high school ($100M+), and a renovation/addition to Detroit's oldest high school. Administered architectural and engineering consultants' contracts and provided architectural oversight and quality assurance with attention to achieving client, user, and program goals for outstanding educational facilities for the children of Detroit.

While in-house at DSA (now Stantec), I managed small renovation projects for Cranbrook Schools and capital improvement recommendations for Wayne County Community College. Afterward, I served Rochester Community Schools as a project manager for their Bond 2000 Program, which led to a long-term loan to Detroit Public Schools as a project design manager with DPSPMT.
