Managed program activities for the GVCSHRM membership. Responsibilities included: marketing, topic, speaker and sponsor selection for monthly programs, recruitment of registration committee members. Facility selection and oversight; including food and beverage services. Conference Chair Responsibilities included: program development, timeline and budget development, committee recruitment and supervision along with conference promotion.

Oversight of all HR functions for Rochester and Corning NY sites for 400+ staff, including the Home Health Aide Care Division. Responsibilities included; employee relations, labor relations, union negotiation, grievance administration, performance management, policy & procedure development, training and development, benefits and leave of absence administration along with staffing and recruitment. Directly supervised (2) staff.
