Sharon Cai is an Associate at Civitas Public Affairs Group, where she supports client teams with project and grant management. Her portfolio of work spans gender justice, reproductive rights, democracy reform, racial justice, and mental health.Prior to joining Civitas, she was the Program Assistant for the Policy and Advocacy team at Women Deliver, a global advocacy organization working to promote and protect the bodily autonomy of girls, women, and gender-diverse people, with a focus on their sexual and reproductive health and rights. In the role, she provided direct administrative and high-level program operations support to the Managing Director and Senior Manager. Sharon was also a 2018 U.S. Fulbright grantee to Taichung, Taiwan where she co-taught English as a foreign language to elementary school students. She holds a B.A. in dual majors of public health and sociology from Brandeis University.
