We advise and educate retailers in all areas of ecommerce and multichannel retail strategy, planning, talent placement and resource solutions. Through our network of highly curated digital commerce experts, we help to create, fix and grow retail businesses through consulting projects, executive placement services, interim management, advisory roles, whatever is needed.• Solely responsible for implementation, roll out and training across the entire enterprise• Manages external consultants, across a range of ecommerce disciplines from project proposal to project close • Operational support across the entire company to create a seamless end to end client experience.• Tactical lead across all points of the business from client management, financial management to technical management • Working with an outside vendor, responsible for the build of a totally new, proprietary database. (previously Sharepoint, most recently Sales Force )• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word, as well as Quickbooks.
