• Coordinating day to day service delivery of programs in a day service for adults with autism.• Hands on instructor and support for clients• Leadership of a team of instructors.

Worked 1:1 with children with Autism, in home, childcare and school settings. In conjunction with a psychologist delivered Applied Behavioural Analysis Therapy specific to the child's needs working on areas like communication, social skills, play, cognitive development and reduction of challenging behaviours.

Delivered Applied Behavioural Analysis Therapy via a combination of 1:1 and small group intervention sessions, which focus on increasing skills such as communication, socialisation, play, daily living skills, motor skills, cognitive development and independence, while reducing challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:• To promote Suboxone and Subutex to specialist clinicians, hospitals and primary care prescribers.• Drive the rapid switch from Subutex to Suboxone• To promote to pharmacists involved in pharmacotherapy program.• To liaise with Department of Human Services- Drug services Group.• To work in conjunction with Needle syringe programs and consumer groups to ensure consumers are educated on product and risks.• To work in conjunction with Drug services Group to recruit pharmacists and prescribers into the pharmacotherapy program.

Key Responsibilities:• To promote and sell Efexor XR to Psychiatrists, Psycho-geriatricians and Registrars within the Public and Private Hospital System• Territory is Central/West, covering The Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Alfred Hospital, Albert Road clinic, Clarendon clinic, The Sunshine Hospital, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bendigo Hospital, Ballarat Base Hospital, Geelong Hospital, and Warrnambool Hospital.• Identify, develop and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders including Prof John Tiller, Prof David Copolov, Prof Pat McGorry, Prof David Barton, and A/ Prof Michael Carr-Greg.• Provide In-service education and training to Registrars, Pharmacists and Nursing Staff within Public Hospitals, Private Clinics and Community Mental Health Services• Attend National and International Psychiatry Conferences to strengthen rapport, attend lecture sessions, observe competitor activity and identify opportunities to expand product growth• Mentoring of GP representatives including presentations, infield work, and training of new representatives
