  As a loan processor for A and N Mortgage, I process all loan types, including conventional, FHA and more. I act as a liaison between real estate agents, title officers, mortgage lenders and customers. A critical component as loan processor is to thoroughly review loan documents, applications and disclosures for completeness, ensuring all files are in compliance. I make sure all required documents are ordered, including appraisals and lein releases, and submit packages to underwriting. Once the loan package is returned I query any remaining conditions after the underwriter has reviewed it. I'll clear any post closing conditions that may arise, as well as special circumstances.
