Drove strategy for meaningful, data-driven, and integrated digital solutions to meet online and blended instruction, assessment, and reporting needs of educators and learners in the U.S. K-12 market. Led agile product development teams to successfully deliver digital solutions that effectively and successfully meet key business initiatives on time such as:- Delivered the HMH Growth Measure product suite, a set of online adaptive reading and math assessments, to capture and present meaningful data, providing teachers and students with actionable insights for their instructional programs, from inception to market.- Integrated products to enterprise learning and teaching platform to ensure ease of use for different user roles and personas.Collaborated cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Design, User Research, Learning Sciences, Operations, and other partner teams to research, design, develop, test, and iterate on E2E solutions to bring value to customers and address market problems in the assessment, reporting, and content recommendations spaces.Delivered product demos and training sessions for stakeholder groups, tech ops, and customer success teams.
