I am currently working as Co-Director of Caraway Clinic. As Co-Director, I share responsibility, with my business partner, Tina Shore, for the operation of the clinic, including programme planning, and the supervision of the clinical and support staff. Together, we also provide psychological assessment, case management, and specialist therapy (group and individual), to the clients of Caraway Clinic. Prior to Caraway Clinic, I worked as a lead psychologist at the International Eating Disorders Centre (IEDC) in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.Alongside my work at Caraway, I also have a private practice in Oxford where I work as a Counselling Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist - I treat individuals with a range of issues eg. bereavement, anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger management, childhood trauma, relationship issues as well as eating disorders and weight management.

Caraway Clinic
Caraway Clinic is an intensive outpatient service, in Reading, Berkshire, focusing exclusively on the treatment of eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. Our approach is unique. We combine the structure and intensity of inpatient treatment, with the benefits of an outpatient setting, namely minimal disruption to work or education, hobbies, and existing social networks. Intensive outpatient treatment also prevents the institutionalisation typical of inpatient care. Our treatment approach allows clients to maintain their dignity, become empowered, and take the initiative in their own recovery.
